Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

• Contact and booking details: name, phone number, and pickup/delivery address, including any landmark or unit details you provide to help our riders find you.
• Location: if you use "use my current location" to set your address, we collect the precise location your device provides at that moment. We don't track your location in the background or at any other time.
• Order and payment history: what you booked, when, pricing, and payment status. If you upload a GCash or Maya payment screenshot, we store that image to verify your payment.
• Account information: only if you choose to create an account: the name, email address, and profile photo shared with us by Facebook, Google, or Apple when you sign in that way. Booking without an account (using just your phone number) never creates this record.
• Saved preferences: if you choose to save them: your cleaning preferences (detergent, fabric conditioner, Zonrox Colorsafe) and any free-text notes, linked to your phone number.
• Communications: messages you send us through Facebook Messenger, SMS, or the app's support channels.
• Device information: a push-notification token if you allow notifications, so we can send you order status updates.

We don't collect payment card numbers, bank account numbers, or government ID numbers through the app.

2. How we use it

We use this information to: take and fulfill your bookings; assign a partner laundromat and rider to your order; verify your payment; send you status updates by SMS, push notification, or Messenger; respond when you contact support; and keep the financial and tax records the Philippines' Bureau of Internal Revenue requires us to keep.

3. Who we share it with

• Partner laundromats: receive what they need to process your order — item counts, bag/weight details — not your payment information.
• Delivery riders: receive your address, phone number, and landmark details, and your name — not your payment screenshots or account login information.
• Meta/Facebook(for Messenger-based support and, if you use it, Facebook sign-in), Google and Apple (if you use their sign-in options), and our SMS provider process the messages and logins described above under their own privacy terms.
• Base44, our app hosting and development platform, stores the underlying data described in this policy on our behalf.
• PayMongo, once live, will process online card/e-wallet payments directly; until then, GCash and Maya payments are manual transfers to our own business accounts and aren't shared with any payment processor.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own advertising or marketing purposes.

4. How long we keep it

Order and payment records are kept for as long as Philippine tax and accounting rules require us to retain them. Account and profile information is kept until you delete your account (see below) or ask us to remove it.

5. Your choices

• Delete your account: if you created an account, you can delete it at any time from Account Settings in the app. This removes your login, profile, and saved preferences. It does not delete past order records, which we retain for accounting and legal purposes the same way any business keeps its transaction history.
• Guest bookings: if you booked with just a phone number and want your saved preferences removed, contact us at the email below and we'll remove that record.
• Correct your information: contact us to correct any inaccurate information we hold about you.

6. Children

LaundryGo is a service for adults arranging laundry pickup and delivery. It isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

7. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the effective date above and post the revised version in the app.
